Sec. 30.302. - Division Chief.

Section: 30.302.
The division chief of the Current Planning Division shall be the Chief, Current Planning Division. The Current Planning Chief shall have a college degree from an accredited college or university, in urban planning, community planning, regional planning, architecture, geography or landscape architecture public administration or related field and at least seven years' experience in comprehensive community planning, or at least five years of experience with a master's degree in any of the listed fields, or commensurate training and experience, and shall have proven administrative experience. He shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
