Sec. 307.114. - Time periods procedural.

The time periods provided for this Part for actions by the Commission, Planning and Development Department staff or other City staff are procedural and not substantive. Noncompliance with a time period shall neither confer upon nor deny a substantive right to an applicant for a certificate of appropriateness. (Ord. 2004-482-E, § 3; Ord. 2011-539-E, § 1)
