Sec. 307.207. - Time periods procedural.

The notice time periods provided for this Part are procedural and not substantive. Noncompliance with a notice time period shall neither confer upon nor deny a substantive right to an applicant for a certificate of appropriateness and/or an appellant. (Ord. 2005-330-E, § 2)
