Sec. 31.301. - Created; function.

There is created the Rescue Division, which shall be responsible for emergency medical and/or rescue services for the General Services District, as provided in Part 2, Chapter 158 . The Division shall meet applicable emergency medical and rescue standards fixed by law or regulation.
