Sec. 31.502. - Division Chief.

The Chief, Fire Prevention, shall be the Division Chief of the Fire Prevention Division. The Chief shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Council, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. The Chief shall have at least five years' experience in the administration, training or management of fire fighting, emergency medical or rescue personnel, fire code enforcement, equipment and apparatus.
