Sec. 31.706. - Subscriptions and donations; contributions and fees.

The Executive Director is authorized to institute a program of monetary subscriptions and donations to and for the benefit of the Fire Museum, and to classify subscribers and donors by amount and kind of subscription or donation, as he deems appropriate. The funds received as a result of these subscriptions and donations shall be deposited in the Fire Museum Trust Fund for the purposes of the Fire Museum; provided, however, that donations received for specific purposes or specific exhibits shall be appropriated only for those purposes or exhibits. The Executive Director also is authorized to solicit voluntary contributions from members of the public who visit the Fire Museum and to fix, charge and collect reasonable prices for publications and materials sold by the Fire Museum. Funds collected or received under this Section shall be deposited in the Fire Museum Trust Fund at least weekly or as often as directed by the Director of Finance and Administration.
