Sec. 32.301. - Division of Right-of-Way and Stormwater Maintenance; establishment; functions.

There is created an Right-of-Way and Stormwater Maintenance Division. The Division shall be responsible for planning, building and maintaining the streets, highways and drainage facilities. The Division shall also be responsible for coordinating the efforts of various government agencies concerned with streets and highways in Duval County. (Ord. 2013-209-E, § 14)
