Sec. 32.402. - Division Chief.

The Real Estate Officer shall be the division chief of the Real Estate Division. The Chief shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Council, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. He shall have a bachelor's degree or higher in an accredited college or university and at least five years' real estate experience in industry, government, brokerage or appraisal.
