Sec. 32.902. - Division chief.

The City Traffic Engineer shall be the division chief of the Traffic Engineering Division. The Chief shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Council, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. He shall be a registered professional engineer and shall have at least five years' traffic engineering experience in a responsible capacity. (Ord. 2013-209-E, § 15)
