Sec. 320.401. - When required.

Permits are required as stated in this building code and the Florida Building Code. Ordinary minor repairs may be made with the approval of the Building Official without a permit, provide that such repairs shall not violate any of the provisions of the Florida Building Code. (Ord. 2001-1160-E, § 1)
