Sec. 320.406. - Moving of building and structures.

(a) Before a building permit for moving a building or structure within or into the City is approved or issued, the building or structure shall be inspected by the Building Official, upon request of the owner or his agent, and the Building Official shall ascertain that this building code and all other laws applicable thereto will be satisfied. (b) An application for a permit shall be submitted in the form prescribed by the Building Official and shall be accompanied by such plans or other data as, in the opinion of the Building Official, are necessary to show compliance with the building code and the Zoning Code.
