Sec. 320.505. - Milestone Inspections.

In accordance with F.S. § 553.899, structural milestone inspections, as provided under Chapter 328 , Ordinance Code, for condominium and cooperative buildings are mandatory within 25 years of the issuance of the certificate of occupancy if the structure is three stories or more. This requirement does not apply to buildings that have three or fewer stories above ground and are single-family, two-family, or three-family dwellings. (Ord. 2022-842-E , § 2)
