Sec. 321.104. - Florida Fire Prevention Code adopted.

(a) The current Florida Fire Prevention Code is adopted by reference as a part of the building code. (b) The Florida Fire Prevention Code, adopted herein, shall be supplemented by the provisions contained in Chapter 420 . (Ord. 2001-1160-E, § 1; Ord. 2009-624-E, § 2)
