Sec. 322.101. - Scope.

This Chapter shall apply to all mobile homes which are erected, located, installed, moved or placed in use on a site within the City, except as follows: (a) Mobile homes displayed on sales lots. (b) Mobile homes used for other than dwelling purposes as permitted in the Zoning Code. (c) Mobile homes installed on a permanent site and in use on September 11, 1971, except that existing mobile homes which are relocated to a new site within the City shall comply with Sections 322.104 and 322.105 at the new location. (d) Travel trailers, campers or other portable shelter used temporarily for dwelling purposes for a period not to exceed 30 days.
