Sec. 322.103. - Definitions.

For the purposes of this Chapter: (a) Mobile home means a detached, vehicular, portable structure built on a chassis, designed and used as a single-family dwelling unit and constructed to be transported after fabrication on its own wheels upon streets or highways. (b) Reference standard means the standard specified in Section 322.102 .
