Sec. 322.104. - Permit required.

It shall be unlawful and a violation of this Building Code for a person hereafter to erect, locate, park, move on or place a mobile home intended for use or occupancy on a site prior to the issuance of a permit in accordance with Chapter 320 , Part 4, except that mobile homes may be located in an approved mobile home park for a period not to exceed 30 days without the permit being required.
