Sec. 323.105. - Limitations.

Nothing in this Building Code shall be deemed to authorize a projection beyond the street line that is prohibited by other law. No projection shall extend beyond a vertical line within 18 inches of a curb line and all projections shall be subject to the approval of the JEA and Public Works Department.
