Sec. 324.902. - Outside building.

(a) Materials and equipment shall not be stored in a street, alley, sidewalk or other public space except by special permission of the City. (b) In whatever manner building material may be stored or equipment set up in a street, a safe walkway not less than four feet wide, unobstructed for its full length and adequately lighted at all times, shall be maintained for the use of the public.
