Sec. 326.205. - Wall signs.

(a) Wall signs which project into public space shall comply with all requirements of projecting signs, except that the maximum projection of a wall sign shall be one foot. (b) Wall signs shall be anchored to a solid masonry wall with metal expansion bolts and to a hollow masonry wall with toggle bolts or through bolts. Anchorage to other walls shall be by an approved method. (c) Wall signs shall not be erected over a window, door or other opening in the wall and shall not extend above the roof level of a building, except that, where there is a parapet, a wall sign may extend to the top of the parapet.
