Sec. 34.101. - Establishment; function.

There is hereby established an executive department to be known as the Neighborhoods Department. The Department shall be responsible for neighborhood and housing services and regulatory compliance in the Consolidated Government. The Department shall include the Neighborhood Services Office, Housing and Community Development, Municipal Code Compliance and Mosquito Control Divisions.
