Sec. 34.202. - Chief of the Housing and Community Development Division.

There shall be a Chief of the Housing and Community Development Division. The Chief shall: (a) Have a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university and at least five years of experience in affordable housing or in community planning, and have proven administrative experience; (b) Be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Council, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor; and (c) Manage all operations of the Housing and Community Development Division.
