Sec. 34.302. - Chief of Municipal Code Compliance Division.

The Chief of the Municipal Code Compliance Division shall be the head of said division. The Chief of the Municipal Code Compliance Division shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Council, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. The Chief shall have a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university and at least five years of experience in an administrative or management position. The Chief shall be responsible for managing the operations of the Municipal Code Compliance Division. (Ord. 2016-140-E , § 9)
