Sec. 34.502. - Division Chief.

The Chief of Mosquito Control shall be the division chief of the Mosquito Control Division. The Chief shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Council, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. The Chief shall have a bachelor's degree or higher in an accredited college or university and shall have at least five years of experience in mosquito control. (Ord. 2016-140-E , § 9)
