Sec. 342.117. - Enforcement, interpretation, appeals and judicial review.

(a) It shall be the duty of the Chief of Building Inspection to interpret and enforce the provisions of this Chapter as related to the activities of contractors and craftsmen regulated herein. (b) Where it is alleged there is error in an order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Chief of Building Inspection in the interpretation or enforcement of this Chapter, an appeal may be made to the Board, which shall conduct a hearing into the matter in the same manner as provided in Section 342.116 for other hearings. Following the hearing, the Board shall notify the applicant and the Chief of its decision. (c) Judicial review shall be as provided by law.
