Sec. 360.107. - Administration.

The Director shall be responsible for the administration of this Chapter and of Chapters 362 , 368, and 376, and for the rules promulgated by the Board pursuant to Chapters 362 , 368, and 376, and shall make regular reports to the Board regarding Chapters 362 , 368, and 376. The Director, or designee, shall also make annual reports to the Waterways Commission, each meeting held in June, regarding Board activities related to administrative declarations on Derelict Vessels, At-Risk/Public Nuisance Vessels, and Anchoring Limitation/Public Nuisance Vessels, as described in Sections 360.404.2 . and 388.310 .
