Sec. 360.202. - Attainment plans.

(a)—(d) Reserved. (e) The Board shall be responsible for administering the attainment plans approved by the Council and for enforcing their provisions. Not less often than annually, the Board shall report to the Mayor and the Council on the status of progress under the attainment plans and shall propose to the Council such amendments to the plans as seem necessary. Amendments shall be formulated and adopted by the Board in the same manner as the attainment plan itself under this Section. (Ord. 84-674-684, § 1) Editor's note— Ordinance 86-629-311, which became effective June 17, 1986, extended the time frame for preparation and transmittal to Council of attainment plans with respect to air, water, odor and noise pollution activities by an additional six months. Resolutions 86-1005-352 and 86-1006-353, which became effective October 6, 1986, approved the Noise Pollution Control attainment plan and Air Pollution Control attainment plan, respectively. Ordinance 87-152-60, which became effective March 5, 1987, approved the Odor Pollution Control attainment plan. Resolution 87-401-345, which became effective October 21, 1987, approved the Water Pollution Control attainment plan.
