Sec. 360.204. - Enforcement.

The Director and the Board shall enforce the attainment plans generally as provided in this Chapter. All of the authority, powers and duties granted to or imposed upon the Director and the Board by this Chapter with respect to the enforcement of other provisions of this Chapter shall be applicable to the Board and the Director under this Part. Enforcement actions taken by the Director shall be subject to appeal under Section 360.111 . (Ord. 84-674-684, § 1)
