Sec. 360.401. - Citations.

Whenever the Director has evidence that a violation of this Chapter or of Chapter 362 , Chapter 368 or Chapter 376 , of an attainment plan or of the rules or an order of the Board has been or is being committed, he shall issue a citation to cease the violation and shall cause it to be served upon the violator by personal service or certified mail or, if these forms of service are ineffective, by posting a copy in a conspicuous place on the premises of the facility causing the violation. The citation shall briefly set forth the general nature of the violation and specify the manner and a time within which the violation shall be corrected. If the violation is not corrected within the time specified, the Director shall file a complaint with the Board. (Ord. 84-674-684, § 1)
