Sec. 360.410. - Consent orders and stipulated settlements.

In order to avoid the time and expense of administrative litigation, the Director, or his authorized representative, is authorized to enter into consent orders and stipulated settlements with persons alleged to have violated or not complied with rules, regulations, orders, standards or compliance plans promulgated by the Board. Such consent orders and stipulations shall be approved by the Board. (Ord. 88-117-123, § 11)
