Sec. 360.803. - Land clearing.

(a) Open burning of materials resulting from a land clearing operation (except for agricultural, silvicultural or forestry operations) or the demolition of a structure is allowed, if the burning complies with all requirements of State law including all applicable rules and regulations. (b) All open burning under this Section shall require a permit issued by the Director. Application for the permit shall be made on a form and in a manner prescribed by the Director. Permits shall be posted at the site of the burning for the entire time the burning takes place, and shall be clearly visible from adjacent roads. (Ord. 97-539-E, § 4)
