Sec. 360.804. - Industrial, commercial, municipal and research open burning.

Open burning in connection with industrial, commercial or municipal operations is prohibited except when the open burning is the only feasible method of operation and prior approval is obtained from the Environmental Protection Board or when the Director determines that an emergency exists. The application for approval under this Section shall be in accordance with all requirements of State rules and all rules of the Board. (Ord. 97-539-E, § 4)
