Sec. 360.805. - Agricultural and silvicultural fires.

Open burning in connection with agricultural and silvicultural or forestry operations is regulated by the State of Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Forestry. It is a violation of this Part to engage in agricultural or silvicultural burning without first having obtained permission from the County Forester. (Ord. 97-539-E, § 4)
