Sec. 362.105. - Limitations on rulemaking powers of Board.

Rules adopted pursuant to this Chapter shall be consistent with the provisions of federal and State law, rules and regulations. The rules shall not require dischargers of waste into waters of the City to improve natural background conditions. (Ord. 84-674-684, § 2; Ord. 85-1295-690, § 2)
