Sec. 362.202. - Water pollution emergency conditions.

A water pollution emergency will exist in any area or part of the City when, as to the area concerned, the quality of the potable water has deteriorated, due to the presence of pollution, to such an extent that the public health is threatened or endangered. (Ord. 85-277-165, § 1)
