Sec. 362.212. - Other relief.

Notwithstanding the penalties imposed by Section 362.211 the Mayor, through the Office of General Counsel, may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in the County or Circuit Court to enforce the provisions of this Part or an order entered in accordance with this Part. The provisions of Part 1 are also available and they are declared to be cumulative of and supplementary to the powers and authority granted in this Part. (Ord. 85-277-165, § 1)
