Sec. 365.200. - Applicability.

This Part shall apply to any substance having or exceeding minimum concentrations' of PCBs as follows: (a) Ten parts per million (ppm) by weight in soil, pervious surface materials or solids; (b) Ten micrograms per 100 square centimeters on impervious materials surfaces; (c) Fifty ppm by weight in oil, water, or other liquids in containers or wastes; or (d) One part per billion (ppb) in ambient surface water.
