Sec. 365.406. - Judicial Remedy.

In addition to other remedies and notwithstanding the existence of an adequate remedy at law, the Director or the Board, in the name of the City, is authorized to make application for an injunction to the Circuit Court, pursuant to Chapter 360 , Ordinance Code. (Ord. 2010-68-E, § 2)
