Sec. 366.105. - Construction.

Section: 366.105.

This Chapter shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes stated in Section 366.101 . In addition, this Chapter shall be construed so as to be consistent with the provisions of Florida Statutes, particularly F.S. Part III, Chapter 373, F.S. § 373.217 and F.S. § 376.307. (Ord. 2008-346-E, § 2)
