Sec. 366.212. - Certain information to be confidential.

Any information relating to secret processes, methods of manufacture or production which may be outlined or discovered by the Director, the Board or any employee thereof shall be subject to the provisions of Section 360.110 . (Ord. 2008-346-E, § 2)
