Sec. 366.213. - Updating of agencies and standards.

Reference to the State Department of Environmental Protection, and other State or local agencies referred to in this Chapter shall automatically mean reference to any successor agency of State or local government. Periodically, the Board shall adopt any revisions or amendments to such standards in the rules of the Board. (Ord. 2008-346-E, § 2)
