Sec. 366.216. - Technical Advisory Committee.

The Board may establish a Technical Advisory Committee which will advise on groundwater resources, or which will have representatives from groundwater resource management agencies, affected contractors, utilities and engineering consultants. (Ord. 2008-346-E, § 2)
