Sec. 366.306. - Contractor registration.

(a) Any contractor who constructs wells or test foundation holes of any size in Duval County shall register with the Director in accordance with the rules of the Board. All persons required to be licensed by the SJRWMD must file copies of their certification or they may not perform well construction work in Duval County. (b) Persons exempted from the SJRWMD licensure requirements are exempted from these requirements. (Ord. 2008-346-E, § 2)
