Sec. 368.105. - Exceptions.

Section: 368.105.

This Chapter shall not apply to: (a) The emission of sound for the purpose of alerting persons to the existence of an emergency or a potential danger. (b) The emission of sound in the performance of emergency work. (c) Agricultural activities of a farm as FARM is defined in the Florida Right to Farm Act, F.S. § 823.14. (d) Commercial water-borne traffic, mass transportation vehicles, air transportation and rail transportation (except railroad switching yards). (e) Unamplified carillons, bells or chimes. (f) The emission of sound in the discharge of weapons at sport shooting ranges as defined and exempted in F.S. § 823.16. (g) The unamplified human voice.
