Sec. 368.201. - Unlawful noises prohibited.

No person shall make or continue or cause to be made or continued, except as permitted by this Chapter, a noise disturbance or a noise in excess of the standards for noise established in the rules of the Board. (Ord. 84-674-684, § 3; Ord. 2009-359-E, § 3)
