Sec. 368.203. - Measurement of sound.

The measurement of sound shall be made with a sound-level meter meeting the standards prescribed in the rules of the Board. Recorded measurements shall be taken so as to provide a proper representation of the noise source. The measurement of sound levels shall be made at or within the real property boundary of the receiving land use. (Ord. 84-674-684, § 3; Ord. 2009-359-E, § 3)
