Sec. 37.105. - Department of Patrol and Enforcement.

Section: 37.105.
(a) There is established a Department of Patrol and Enforcement to provide law enforcement, community relations and police services. (b) The Director of Patrol and Enforcement shall be the head of the Department of Patrol and Enforcement. He shall have a college degree or at least five years' experience and commensurate training. (c) The Department of Patrol and Enforcement shall be organized into the following divisions, each of which shall be headed by a division chief: (1) Special Events Division. (2) Patrol Division. (3) Patrol Support Division. The Sheriff shall specify the duties and responsibilities of each division and division chief.
