Sec. 37.109. - Department of Investigations and Homeland Security.

(a) There is established a Department of Investigations and Homeland Security. (b) The Director of the Department of Investigations and Homeland Security shall be the head of the Department of Investigations and Homeland Security. He shall have a college degree or at least five years' experience and commensurate training. (c) The Department of Investigations and Homeland Security shall include the following divisions each of which shall be headed by a division chief: (1) Investigations Division.
