Sec. 380.109. - Correction of violations.

(a) The Manager of the Office of Administrative Services shall have the remedies provided in the Health Code, Section 460.106 , Ordinance Code, to correct or cause to be corrected a violation of this Part that constitutes a sanitary nuisance. (b) The Director may issue an order to correct any violation of this Part or any violation of the conditions of the certificate within a reasonable period of time as provided by the Director. If the order is not obeyed the Director may suspend the certificate, seek judicial penalties, and/or request injunctive relief.
