Sec. 380.123. - Appeal.

There shall be no appeal from any decision of the Director concerning the grant, denial or renewal of any temporary certificate. In lieu of any appeal, an applicant may request a certificate pursuant to this Chapter. (Ord. 93-1442-1138, § 6; Ord. 2017-431-E , § 1)
