Sec. 380.209. - Disposing of certain materials.

(a) No person shall dispose of an acid, explosive material, inflammable liquid or dangerous or highly corrosive material in a garbage container, which shall be detrimental or harmful to any person. (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to leave or permit to remain outside of any dwelling, building or other structure, or within any unoccupied or abandoned building, dwelling or other structure under his or its control, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washing machine or dryer or other container which has an airtight door or lid, snap lock or other locking device which may not be released from the inside, from which the door has not been removed. Such action is deemed an irreparable and irreversible nuisance and shall be punishable pursuant to Section 380.213 .
